Me at DAKC

A world,a laid back one though is what i would like to call DAKC or Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City- the concept work place of any executive vying to be in the corportate world sans the hoopla.

U find here all classes of people working in Infocomm call centres,IT help desks,Petroleum Head quarters etc etc.

The crowd is so varied that u find people from post -retirement to the young bubbly ones just out of college.
Well am here on a transfer to this very boring place in Navi-Mumbai(Kopharkhairane) to be part of the PNOC team (Petroleum Networking Operations command) something to to with a surveillance team wherein we control the operations of the Retail Outlet all over India from the Central command center at DAKC,Mumbai.In the near future there is also a plan to install cameras in all Retail Outlets to have Video surveillance 24/7.

The cost realisation probably will take more time but this Operation if proven successfull,Reliance Petroleum will be the 1st company in the world to have this setup(Chevron which is the world's largest Petro Co doesn't have this modus-operandi)

Well i could say,this laid back Place would prove to be exciting once the Pilot project is through.Simply awaiting for the Kick-start.
